Registration Fee
The conference registration fee includes access to all meeting sessions, luncheon and coffee breaks.

Payment of fees must accompany all registration forms. No registration will be confirmed until payment is received. All payment must be made by credit card.

A written notification of cancellation must be sent to the Secretariat by fax or email. The following cancellation fee and bank handling charge will be deducted from the refund.
